Le dossier judiciaire concernant le coup d’Etat manqué de mi-septembre 2015 au Burkina Faso, avance très bien et le procès pourrait débuter avant la fin de l’année en cours, a déclaré le ministre burkinabè en charge de la Justice, René Bagoro, à l’occasion de la commémoration du 2e anniversaire dudit putsch.
Le ministre Bagoro qui s’exprimait samedi, en marge de la cérémonie de dépôt de gerbes de fleur sur la tombe des martyrs, s’est incliné sur la mémoire des victimes et a souhaité prompt rétablissement aux blessés.
«Au niveau de la justice, le dossier avance très bien et ça,ce n’est pas pour répéter la rengaine qu’on a l’habitude de nous reprocher», a indiqué le ministre.
Il a rappelé que l’actualité à ce sujet est illustrative puisque «rien que hier (vendredi 15 septembre 2017, Ndlr), il y a eu l’audience pour la confirmation des charges».
Et d’expliquer que l’instruction a terminé son travail et le dossier a été renvoyé à la chambre de contrôle pour vérifier et prendre maintenant la décision finale qui va permettre de programmer l’audience.
«Ce que l’on peut affirmer, c’est que l’instruction est terminée », a confié René Bagoro, avant d’ajouter «Bien sûr, les avocats font des appels qui peuvent trainer le dossier».
«Sinon, si tout se déroule bien, le dossier pourrait être programmé d’ici à la fin de l’année», a-t-il conclu.
Le gouvernement du Burkina Faso pour marquer le deuxième anniversaire de la résistance au coup d’Etat, a décidé d’organiser une série d’activités dont le nettoyage des tombes des victimes du putsch et des offices religieux organisés du vendredi 15 au dimanche 17 septembre.
Il y a eu les dépôts de gerbes de fleur, ce samedi 16 septembre, dans les cimetières du pays où sont inhumés les martyrs. A Ouagadougou, la cérémonie a eu lieu au cimetière municipal de Gounghin.
A cela s’ajoute une conférence publique sur «la résistance au coup d’Etat» organisée, en collaboration avec des Organisations de la société civile (OSC), le samedi 16 septembre, à Ouagadougou.
La commémoration du 2e anniversaire du coup d’Etat manqué intervient alors que des associations des parents de martyrs réclament justice pour leurs proches tués lors de ce coup d’Etat.
Le coup d’Etat manqué du 15 septembre 2015 avait été perpétré par le défunt Régiment de sécurité présidentielle (RSP), avec à sa tête le général Gilbert Diendéré, qui s’était proclamé président du Conseil national pour la démocratie (CND).
Le putsch avait occasionné une quinzaine de morts et fait plusieurs blessés. Dans le cadre des enquêtes, une centaine de personnes ont été interpellées dont la plupart bénéficie actuellement de la liberté provisoire.
